![]() ![]() I know NiceMonkey here used to have the Xtreamer so might know best what I am describing above. I really hope it's something that is readily fixable and even something I might have missed when initally setting up the Q10. In order of priority I would say point 1 is the most critical one. On the Q10 I couldn't find how to do that so I just disabled the OpenSubtitles add-on.Ĥ- No display of ratings for subtitles. In the Xtreamer, I could easily switch between both using tabs. I initially used both Subscene and OpenSubtitles. So even if point 1 above was resolved, it would still be tough identifying the correct subtitles.ģ- For the life of me I couldn't find how to find a way to switch between Subtitles providers. This is misleading as I end up 90% of the time with wrong subtitles that I need to manually adjust.Ģ- The subtitle selection window is very small so all subtitles show up truncated. Now this wouldn't really be a problem, except that I personally find subtitles management terrible on the Q10.ĭownloading a subtitle for a video you're watching is infuriating for the following reasons:ġ- All available subtitles are renamed to match the EXACT video file that you're watching. Is the Q10 forcing its own interface in Kodi? Every single screen looks exactly the same EXCEPT the video menu. then that setting will apply to any video media in your library. Then navigate one step back, (huh) scroll down and hit 'Save for all files' (or similar). ![]() ![]() Then navigate to the subtitle settings setion and enable the subtitles. I just don't get why the menu GUI is different. (, 16:04) wiab4355 Wrote: DaVu Wrote: Bring up the video OSD. Every single thing sucked about that box but there is ONE thing I find myself missing about it : subtitles management in Kodi. I used previously an Xtreamer 4K Prodigy. You can assign a path in kodi, pointing to one or more shares on the NAS.ĭue to a lack of time now, i will reply one i get home tonight. I am partially disabled and can't get up to change the DVD's all the time this was my World! I loaded QPKG 17.0.RC3 as pert this forum but I can't get it to function from the HD Station via HDMI?TV. Which up until recently I could and enjoyed immensely, I even convinced other people wanting to do the same to use a QNAP NAS! Now I can't use it and there is no way of watching videos from the NAS in my lounge. "Full HD movie experience with the built-in HDMI port and the XBMC media player, the HD Station* allows you to easily enjoy video, photo and music collections stored on the Turbo NAS, and have a wonderful family time." The reason I purchased my NAS was so I can put my DVD collection on it and be able to watch from the comfort of my armchair without having to get up and change DVD's constantly as the brochure suggested TazeeDevil wrote:How do I get MyKodi17 RC3 to work on my NAS?
